Response to Britney FB...:)

... Check this out... My beliefs are to say, well... Different-ish... Not to be blasphemous, but I've taken to reading(re-reading) people's biblical posts when referring to God; and using myself in the reading. As if by some weird reason I would believe Jesus'(Hey-Zues') teachings that God is in me... I am one with God...Right? Created in His image/likenesses? Jesus was a vessel for us to witness our potential as a humanity... All things through him? That's somewhere right?... The point is, and always had been "getting closer to God", right...How much closer to God can you get when you start referring to yourself(in the basis of scripture only please; nobody wants to hear you walking around proclaiming to be a god😜) as God?

I believe we are all energy interwoven in this vast.... oh so vast, Universe. The origins of our energy... the starting point, you could call it God, I suppose. If that makes sense?

So what I'm saying is: From that starting point if energy, we are here. Now. Experiencing life. All the things in it. Good, bad, ugly. All of it. All the beautiful things that make you feel part of something cosmic...spiritual...godly.

And on this planet🗿 God/the Universe experiences all the imaginable pleasures, and all the unimaginable horrors  about 9 billion times a day...pretty much unfathomable...which they say is what God is. You'd probably vaporize into thin air if you experienced all that emotion in less than a millisecond.

So what I'm saying is, try reading(re-reading;)) certain scriptures when it refers to God (not Jesus..) and use yourself as it pertains to the reading.

I wish I could say it's the way it should be interpreted, but I'm no scholar, but I tell you what, it's kind of comforting reading them that way. It gives a different perspective. I don't feel as if I'm proclaiming to be something like a God, and don't ever get that sense when reading a scripture that way.

I chose a random scripture(random from the point of my knowledge of the books that may talk about Jesus' teachings. The whole first chapter of 2 Peter sums up parts of what I said.  And it has a couple spots where you can inject yourself into what it's saying, although verse 17 seems to give reference to the Creator...

That's my 2 cents!!

Give it a try! It may just bring you closer to what you are looking for!;)
